Dr. Luis E. Castro Dr. Luis E. Castro graduated from the Federico Villarreal National University in Lima, Peru with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1989. After over 10 years of successful practice, he completed his Canadian National Dental Board Examinations at the University of Alberta and began his work in Calgary. With his extensive experience in all aspects of Restorative Dentistry, Dr. Castro has served as a Professor teaching both Prosthodontics and Occlusion. He has lectured at Dental Conferences in both the United States and South America on a variety of subjects including Cosmetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Occlusion,Temporomandibular Dysfunction and Comprehensive Dentistry. Dr. Castro earned his Fellowship at the prestigious and internationally recognized American Academy of Orofacial Pain and is an active member of the Ibero-Latin American Academy of Craniomandibular Disorders. He also has a special interest in Invisalign (a revolutionary and virtually invisible method of straightening teeth), TMD (joint dysfunction), and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Salima Shariff Dr. Salima Shariff graduated in 1996 from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guys and St.Thomas's at the University of London, UK. She was in private practice in London for 3 years before marrying a Calgarian and moving to Canada. Upon completion of the Canadian National Dental Board Examinations, Dr. Shariff has been practicing dentistry in Calgary while also being a fulltime mom to her two young children. Dr. Amanda Kryvenchuk Dr. Amanda Kryvenchuk graduated from the University of Alberta with a Dental Degree in 2001. During that time Amanda was an active member of numerous committees. Amanda is passionate about working with children and helping them achieve the smile that they deserve. This passion has led her to pursue additional learning in orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. Her goal is to continue this pursuit through education at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
